Vegetarian Sen Yai Noodles If you like noodles, you'll love this Vegetarian Sen Yai Noodle Recipe. As all vegetarians know, healthy doesn't have to mean tasteless, and these Thai noodles are anything but. Chocked full of ingredients with antioxident and cancer-fighting power such as broccoli, cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, garlic & galangal, fresh basil, coriander, and sprouts, these flat rice noodles are then stir fried in a combination of dark soy and vegetarian fish sauces.
