Prawns Grilled in Thai Yellow Coconut Curry Sauce

Friday February 24, 2006
Prawns Grilled in a Thai Yellow Coconut Curry Sauce In the mood for some fresh seafood? You don't need a barbeque to enjoy my Prawns Grilled in Thai Yellow Curry Sauce. In this easy Thai recipe, fresh tiger prawns are marinated for an hour or two, threaded onto wooden skewers, and then grilled (on a stove-top grill or in the oven) for a few minutes on each side for prawns that are succulent and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Add some cherry tomatoes and strips of bell pepper to the skewers to make a dinner entree, or serve the prawns by themselves as an appetizer or party food along with their own yellow coconut curry sauce for dipping. They're terrific with a nice bottle of Shiraz!
