Try a Classic Thai Recipe: Thai Whole Fish with Coriander-Chilli Sauce

Wednesday August 30, 2006
Thai Grilled Whole Fish with Coriander-Chilli Sauce If you like fish, you'll love my Thai Grilled Whole Fish with Coriander-Chilli Sauce. This flavorful recipe is low in calories, carbs, and fat, while providing plenty of the omega 3-type fatty acids your body requires for good health. You'll love the tenderness of the fish combined with the fantastic, tastebud-awakening sauce, which can be made anywhere from mild to extra spicy to suit your taste. It goes down especially well on a warm day accompanied by plenty of Thai jasmine steamed rice and an ice-cold lager or glass of white wine. And if the present late-summer weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply pan-fry the fish indoors on the stove (instructions included). (photo by D.Schmidt)
