Here's a Thai recipe both young and old will enjoy, making it a great choice for Saturday or Sunday dinner. This Roasted Lemongrass Chicken with Sweet Lime Sauce Recipe starts with a marinade of lemongrass, garlic, galangal (or ginger), fish sauce, and coconut milk, all of which is smothered over the chicken.
