This recipe is to-die-for delicious, and you can serve it either as an appetizer or as the star player - just add rice or a crusty French loaf to soak up the exquisite juices. Although this dish sounds very gourmet, it is actually quite simple to make: the curry sauce easily comes together in your food processor (or blender), and the mussels steam to succulent softness in a matter of minutes. Finish with a generous topping of fresh basil, then pop open a favorite bottle of wine for a romantic dinner at home with your loved one.
