Fantastic Fish Recipe: Thai Fried or Grilled Whole Fish: Crispy & Tender!

Friday October 12, 2007
Thai Barbecue (or Fried) Whole Fish Depending on where you live, you might still be barbecuing... or not. For those of us who inhabit more northernly climes, indoor cooking is "back in season", so to speak. What's great about this Thai fish recipe is that you can choose how to cook it - either grill it (outdoors or in), or fry it up on your stove - either way it's fantastic! This Thai Grilled/Fried Whole Fish Recipe turns out crispy on the outside, tender and succulent on the inside, plus you'll get a pleasant hit of flavor from a tangy Thai sauce that is poured over just before serving, making this fish recipe to-die-for delicious! Whole rainbow trout (pictured here) works well for this recipe, or other whole fish of your choice. Makes an impressive centerpiece for any occasion. ENJOY! (photo by D.Schmidt)
