It's also extremely healthy, with lots of protein and veggies. Strips of chicken breast are stir-fried together with mushrooms, bell pepper, and snow peas in a yummy Thai stir fry sauce. Add your own choice of vegetables, depending on what you have in your refrigerator (broccoli, carrots, and bok choy work well).
