Thai Fish Curry CakesThese red, green, and white Thai Fish Curry Cakes are great to serve at a holiday party, or simply as an everyday treat. They come individually wrapped up in banana leaf, like little presents that have to be opened to be eaten. Instead of steaming them (the Thai way), I've discovered the results are just as good when baked in the oven (and easier too). Just follow the steps to this colorful, festive and truly authentic Thai dish!
