Satay Anyone? This weekend, Grill Up Some "Best Ever" Thai Chicken Satay (or Beef)!

Succulent Thai Satay with Real Peanut Sauce Sometimes homemade is better than anything you can find in a restaurant. I've found this to be true with satay - especially with this special Thai satay recipe which has been passed down through my husband's family for generations: Thai Chicken or Beef Satay with Real Peanut Sauce. If you enjoy satay, you're going to fall in love with the succulent taste of this superb recipe. Whether grilled on the barbecue or on an indoor grill - or even broiled in your oven - this recipe is simply divine. It starts with a special Thai paste (marinade) for the chicken (or beef), then the thin marinated strips are skewered and grilled to perfection. Served with an irresistible Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe which is easily made (with peanuts, not peanut butter), this satay is the ultimate taste sensation! Makes a very popular party food - just be sure to cook lots - it'll be gone in no time! (D. Schmidt)
