Think tofu is boring? Then you haven't tried my Fried Tofu with Sweet Chili Sauce. This Thai treat is anything but tasteless. Bite-size squares of tofu are rolled in a gluten-free flour mixture along with sesame seeds, then fried to a rich golden-brown. Crispy on the outside, but soft and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, this special tofu dish will change your mind about cooking with (and eating) tofu.
