Chicken Curry Classic! - Try this Chicken Curry Recipe

There's nothing like a good chicken curry. Around our house, it's our number one favorite dish, and this is our new favorite recipe: Thai Classic Curry Chicken. This curry is made with chunks of chicken and potatoes, and tastes like one of those wonderful curry dishes you can find in the marketplaces and streets of Bangkok or nearly any Asian marketplace.
