Spring rolls are always a hit with every crowd, but not all spring rolls are created equally. Usually I am dissatisfied with the spring rolls I get in most Asian restaurants - yes, they are crispy on the outside, but often they have no taste on the inside. So I made sure my recipe for Thai Spring Rolls was going to taste both crispy-crunchy on the outside and full of flavor on the inside. These rolls are filled with healthy ingredients too. You can choose to add tofu to make them vegetarian, or add some baby shrimp, according to your preference. Brimming with flavor and freshness, these spring rolls make a great appetizer or party food for the holidays. And they're surprisingly simple to make. Get your friends or family involved in helping you roll them up, and you'll be enjoying these scrumptious spring rolls in no time! (photo by D.Schmidt)
