For an easy dessert that tastes like a cross between sorbet and ice cream, try this mango sorbet recipe! Mangos are now in season, so it's easy to pick a couple up at your local supermarket. Sorbet makes a terrific dessert to serve family and guests alike, and this recipe is so simple to put together, I made it in just 20 minutes without an ice-cream machine or any extra stirring. Creamier than most sorbets, but still light and oh so fresh, this Easy Mango Sorbet doesn't involve cooking over a stove. You'll just need a blender or food processor.
