Well, it's official: my husband and I are addicted to this Easy Thai Iced Coffee! We went through a jug of it yesterday, sipping it outdoors on our deck amid the heat of a summer afternoon. If you enjoy the brand name iced coffee that's sold by the can at grocery stores and cafes - and for quite a pretty penny - then you'll really enjoy this easy-to-make and so much less expensive homemade recipe. It's so easy to make, plus you get to choose your favorite blend. The key to this iced coffee is to make the coffee stronger than you would for regular coffee - you need the strong bitter taste in order to balance out with the sweetness of the milk.
