When it's cold outside, there's nothing like a piping hot curry for dinner. And homemade curry ensures you're getting a nutritious dish that will boost both your energy and your mood. If you're a fan Thai and/or Indian chicken curry, check out this simple-to-make Classic Thai Chicken Curry. This curry is my family's favorite, and even the kids love it. It's a classic yellow curry made with chunks of chicken and potatoes. But unlike a lot of Thai curries, this one is made with curry powder, which means it's easier to make and can be cooked up quicker than if a paste was used.
