As you may have noticed, cold & flu season isn't quite over yet. There are still lots of bugs going around, but that doesn't mean you have to be the victim of one. Whether you're just feeling a tickle of a cold or in the battlefield of fighting one off, do yourself a favor and try this famous Thai soup known as Tom Yum Kung. It's especially good at fighting off all types of viruses. In fact, Tom Yum is Under Study by a university research panel hoping to discover the secret behind its amazing health properties. I always take it whenever I'm sick, and it gives me a boost as well as naturally clearing the sinuses. But to me there's no secret to the formula - it's the combination of fresh herbs and spices that does it. Garlic, lemongrass, chili, and fresh coriander make for a potent immune boosting combination.
