This book is full of beautiful photographs (many of them step-by-step) and simple, but delicious recipes that readers will want to try right away. A comprehensive glossary and description of Thai ingredients (including pictures) is an invaluable part of the book.

Included in the introduction are instructions on how to season a wok, and how to prepare fresh chilli peppers. This is a book you will want to have in your library; if nothing else, the mouth-watering photography will get you excited about making dinner!
