Fresh Mango Sauce/Dip

This Mango Sauce/Dip is very easy to make, and wonderful tasting. A little coconut milk helps enhance the mango flavor and create a very tropical tasting sauce. Use it as a dip for cooked shrimp (great with coconut shrimp!), or whatever appetizers you happen to be serving up. You can also use this mango sauce in stir-fries, such as mango chicken or shrimp stir fry. ENJOY!

Although you can buy the famous Thai chili paste "nam prik pao" already prepared of you in most Asian food stores, I prefer making my own homemade version, which is much healthier and oh so tasty!
