When frozen, remove the loaf pan from the freezer. To remove the cake from the pan, use an egg-flipper/spatula to gently pry it out. Use the parchment paper/plastic wrap to set the cake on a serving platter or cutting board. Slice pieces of the ice cream cake, serve, and ENJOY!
If you made your ice cream plain, simply dip an ice cream scoop in water and scoop the ice cream into bowls. For more coconutty flavor, top with extra toasted coconut. Also excellent served with fresh tropical fruit, such as papaya or mango (see links below). ENJOY!
