Coconut Ice Cream Cake

Pour this mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Fill the pan nearly to the top, then place any extra in another container.

If making plain ice cream (not a cake): simply pour the ice cream mixture into a tub or other prepared containers (large yogurt containers work well).

Set in the freezer. Allow to freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Note: You can leave the ice cream cake or plain ice cream uncovered until frozen. Be sure to cover it thereafter.
