Sticky Rice Balls

Place about 1/2 tsp. brown sugar in the rice ball. Gently pat the sugar down with your finger. (This sugar will later melt and become a liquid center.)

- Measure Out the Flour.
- Add Coconut Milk to Form a Dough.
- Add Pandan Essence (if using).
- Create a Sticky Rice Ball.
- Indent the Ball.
- Add Some Brown Sugar.
- Close the Rice Ball.
- Cook the Rice Balls.
- Roll the Sticky Rice Balls in Coconut.
- Serve (and Enjoy!) the Sticky Rice Balls!
