Do not store your rice cakes in the refrigerator, as this will only dry them out. But do be sure to place them in a sealed container once they're cool, and consume within 3 days.

If desired, once the rice cakes have cooled, remove them from their "mats" and place in small to medium-sized cupcake papers. Serve and enjoy!

• Make the Topping.
• Measure out the Glutinous Rice Flour.
• Mix to Create the Sticky Rice Dough.
• Make a Small Wrapper out of the Dough.
• Add a Dollop of Red Bean Paste.
• Fold the Wrapper over the Red Bean Paste.
• Finish "Wrapping" the Red Bean Paste.
• Turn the Dough Back into a Ball.
• Put on Toppings.
• Serve the Sticky Rice Cakes!
