Serving the Sticky Rice Cakes

The sticky rice cakes are ready to be eaten as soon as they've cooled a little. They can be enjoyed either warm, or (more commonly) at room temperature.

Do not store your rice cakes in the refrigerator, as this will only dry them out. But do be sure to place them in a sealed container once they're cool, and consume within 3 days.

If desired, once the rice cakes have cooled, remove them from their "mats" and place in small to medium-sized cupcake papers. Serve and enjoy!
