Measure 2 cups glutinous rice flour (or sticky rice flour) into a mixing bowl. Now add a little less than 1 cup cool water. Also add a pinch of salt.

- Make the Topping.
- Measure out the Glutinous Rice Flour.
- Mix to Create the Sticky Rice Dough.
- Make a Small Wrapper out of the Dough.
- Add a Dollop of Red Bean Paste.
- Fold the Wrapper over the Red Bean Paste.
- Finish "Wrapping" the Red Bean Paste.
- Turn the Dough Back into a Ball.
- Put on Toppings.
- Serve the Sticky Rice Cakes!
