This Thai Grilled Whole Fish Recipe can also be fried indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate (instructions included). You can use nearly any type of fish - a whole fish, or steaks/fillets. In Thailand, medium-size whole fish are used for this dish, so I chose to cook a few rainbow trout, which turned out perfect - the taste is just as I remember it from the beaches of Thailand. Simply marinate the fish in fish sauce, and barbecue 3-5 minutes each side. Then pour a special Thai sauce over, and serve with slices of fresh cucumber and tomato - Mmmmm...!!
