How to Make Fried Tofu (gluten-free)

Step 2: If you've bought pressed tofu, you can skip this step and the next. Otherwise, open the package and drain out all the water. Place the drained block of tofu in a flat-bottomed bowl (I find a pie plate works well, as pictured here).

• Get Yourself Some Tofu.
• Drain the Tofu.
• Cover with a Paper Towel + a Bowl
• Cut the Tofu into Cubes.
• Make a Flour and Sesame Seed Mixture.
• Roll the Tofu Cubes in the Flour/Sesame Mixture.
• Frying the Tofu
• Drain the Tofu on an Absorbant Cloth or Paper Towel.
• Serve with Dipping Sauces, OR Save for Use in Other Recipes
