For Fried Tofu, mix the following together in a bowl:

  • 5 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. regular white or brown flour, OR substitute rice flour for gluten-free diets (rice flour is pictured here)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • optional: 1/4 tsp. white sugar
For this recipe you will also need approximately 1 cup canola or other vegetable oil for frying.
