Papaya - How to Buy, Cut, & Prepare Fresh Papaya

Place the papaya on a cutting board. Using a large, sharp knife, cut the papaya in half lengthwise. If your papaya is ripe, this should be easy to do.

- Rinse the Papaya.
- Cut the Papaya in Half.
- Open the Papaya.
- Scrape out the Seeds with a Spoon
- Scoop out the Fruit and Eat as is...
- Peel the Papaya.
- Slice the Papaya into Wedges
- For Cubes, Cut the Wedges into Small Pieces
- Serve Your Papaya (or Save for Later).
