A "bouquet" of Thai Fresh Spring Rolls - Perfect for a Party!

Place upright in a bowl (like a bouquet), or on a platter. Serve with the peanut dipping sauce, and/or other dipping sauces such as hoisin sauce and Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (available by the bottle at most large grocery store chains in the Asian section, or in Asian/Chinese food stores). Serve with a cold lager, or a glass of chilled white wine. ENJOY!

- Prepare the Spring Rolls Dipping Sauce.
- Prepare Spring Roll Ingredients.
- Prepare a Bowl of Hot Water for the Rice Wrappers.
- Soften Rice Wrappers by Dipping Them in the Hot Water.
- Place a few Slices of Chicken Near the end of the Wrapper, then add Cucumber.
- Add a little of the Other Ingredients.
- Begin to Roll.
- Continue Rolling.
- Complete the Roll by Folding Over Top Side.
- Place in a Bowl and Serve with Dipping Sauce(s).
