• Soften Rice Wrappers by Dipping Them in the Hot Water.
• Place a few Slices of Chicken Near the end of the Wrapper, then add Cucumber.

• Fold over Bottom of Rice Paper
• Lift Side of Wrapper and Fold Over.
• Complete the Roll by Folding Over Top Side.
• Place in a Bowl and Serve with Dipping Sauce(s).
