Grill shrimp 1-2 minutes per side, until they are pink and plump-looking. Avoid over-grilling or the shrimp will loose their natural tenderness and succulence.

This grilled shrimp is great straight off the grill - just peel and eat! Or serve with rice and a sprinkling of fresh coriander/cilantro for a delicious lunch or dinner. Fresh lime or lemon juice can also be squeezed over. ENJOY!
