Add 3/4 of the Coconut Milk - Reserve the top 1/4 can for Use Later.

Scim some of the thick coconut cream off the top of the can and reserve for later (approximately 1/8 to 1/4 of the can). Add the rest of the can of coconut milk to the bowl and stir well.

Note: If your coconut milk is thinner and lacks "cream", simply reserve 1/8 to 1/4 of the can (it can be thickened later).
