Gently slice the rice wrapper in half. Then cut it in half the other way to create 4 small pieces.

- Prepare Ingredients.
- Heat the Oil.
- Fry the Crackers.
- Cook (or Just Rinse) the Shrimp.
- Mix in the Thai Herbs & Spices.
- Soften the Rice Paper.
- Cut the Rice Wrapper into Quarters.
- Place the Rice Wrapper Pieces on the Crackers.
- Add a Little of the Shrimp Mixture to Each Cracker.
- Serve the Mock Oysters!
