To Fry the Chips: Pour about 3/4 to 1 cup (or roughly 1/2 inch to 1 inch deep) of cooking oil into the bottom of a wok or small frying pan. Canola oil works well, or any oil that has a high temp. smoking point (here, I am using grape seed oil).
