Shrimp Chips or "Crisps"

When oil is hot, reduce heat to medium. Now begin adding the chips, 2-4 at a time. You will see the chips "opening up", almost like flowers. Note: Have your tongs ready, as the chips cook really fast!

• Get Yourself a Box of Uncooked Shrimp Crisps.
• Pour Some Cooking Oil into a Frying Pan or Wok.
• Heat the Oil.
• Add the Chips and Wait for Them to "Open".
• Remove Chips from Oil.
• Enjoy Your Shrimp Chips!
